At Braysons Host, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide reliable hosting solutions. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable and ensures a clear understanding of the process.
1. Money-Back Guarantee for Hosting Services
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Conditions for Hosting Refunds:
- The refund applies only to hosting services.
- If a hosting package included a free domain name, the refund amount will be deducted by the standard registration fee of the domain name.
- Exception: If the domain name is a .co.ke extension, the full amount will be refunded.
- Any additional services or third-party integrations purchased alongside the hosting package are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy for Domain Name Purchases
Domain name registrations are processed through third-party registries, and as such, domain purchases are non-refundable.
Exception for .co.ke Domains:
- Refunds for .co.ke domains are allowed if requested within 28 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests made after 28 days for .co.ke domains will not be processed.
3. Refund Policy for Other Services
- SSL Certificates, Software Licenses, and Additional Services are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Custom services, such as website design, consultancy, or premium support packages, are also non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
- Refunds are processed once a week, on Fridays.
- If a refund request is submitted, it will be paid on the first Friday following the request.
- If a refund request is submitted on a Friday, it will be processed the following Friday.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Braysons Host reserves the right to deny a refund request under the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or illegal activities.
- Chargebacks or disputes initiated before requesting a refund.
- Renewals or auto-renewals for services, unless canceled in advance.
- Downtime or performance issues caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party failures, customer misconfiguration, or force majeure events.
6. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please:
- Email our billing department at info@braysons.co.ke with your order details.
- Specify the reason for the refund request.
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing and confirmation.
